Lisa M. Ong, President and Founder of Wishing Out Loud LLC

Lisa M. Ong, PCC, CPA,  is an award-winning executive coach, speaker, diversity, equity, and Inclusion + belonging (DEIB)) strategist and consultant. Before founding Wishing Out Loud LLC, Lisa was a national diversity director in the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at PwC. She designs DEIB strategies to attract, retain, develop and advance diverse talent. She focuses on employee experience,  retention, advancement efforts, and growing inclusive leaders at all levels to cultivate cultures of belonging.

A widely known “talent gardener” and “inclusion connector,” Lisa helps her clients achieve goals. She shares her coaching approach with her clients to discover their strengths, dream big, and keep strategically “wishing out loud”® to create opportunities to shine. Lisa served as 2020 Texas Society of CPAs Diversity and Inclusion Committee Chair and is a past Chair of the Dallas chapter.  She is also a National Executive Advisor to Ascend Leadership.org , on the Ascend North Texas Board, and an executive coach with LEAP.org.  She serves on the Workplace Programs Advisory Committee for Tanenbaum Center for Interreligious Inclusion, UT Dallas Graduate Accounting Advisory Board,  UT Arlington’s Diversity Racial Equity, and Inclusion Council, and is a Texas Women’s Foundation member of Orchid Giving Circle.  She was named to The Dallas 500 in 2021 and 2020  by D CEO as one of the top consultants and corporate diversity officers, respectively.  Dallas Business Journal recognized her with a 2022 Leaders in Diversity Award for her exceptional commitment to promoting DEI in the workplace.  She was awarded the 2019 CPA of the Year Award by the Dallas chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs.
